Sabores de Vallarta Food Festival 2026 will feature a variety of renowned local restaurants that will showcase their styles in exquisite combinations of flavors and options, including: aguachiles, grilled meats, oysters, vegetarian dishes, ribs, pizza, mixology, craft beer, desserts, and many others.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 31 at the Esplanade of Hidalgo Park, in Downtown Puerto Vallarta, starting at 2:00 pm.
