For the second year in a row, the PV Pride Pet Parade -a walk with pets (and for pets)- along the Puerto Vallarta Malecon, will take place on Monday, May 20th at sunset.
The event will benefit Puppy Paradise, a local association dedicated to the rescue and adoption of stray dogs in Puerto Vallarta. The route of the PV Pride Pet Parade will leave from Lazaro Cardenas Park in the Romantic Zone at 6:00 pm. The parade will proceed along the Malecon toward the Cuale River to the "Fuente de los Delfines" Friendship Fountain, next to the Los Arcos amphitheater, and back to the starting point. Pets and their guardians are encouraged to dress in costume, wear rainbow colors, or just let their imaginations run wild with original outfits. It is suggested that those interested in participating in the PV Pride Pet Parade make a donation of at least 200 MXN to the Yvonneka Foundation. The Puppy Paradise shelter will receive 100% of the proceeds.
