The Luxury Home Tour is approximately 3 hours (10:30 to 1:30) Tuesdays and Wednesdays during the winter season. The Tour benefits the IFC and it's programs including the ongoing Cleft Palate Program providing surgery and care for children and young adults.

Nia lovingly stands for “ Now I Am”. It is a holistic, gentle, non-impact fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life – body, mind, and soul.

Sundays - 12:00-13:00 IFC Clubhouse Nia combines dance, martial arts and mindfulness. Tone your body while transforming your mind. NIA allows you to find the path of YOUR body, the joy of OUR body.
