Informational workshop on the IMSS protocol for LGBTTTIQ+ individuals in Mexico. A bilingual session focused on access to affirming healthcare, treatment coverage, and appointment scheduling. Event aimed at the Support Group for Trans People (18+) at the Vallarta Gay+ Community Center.

Support Group for Trans People (18+): Workshop on the IMSS Protocol.

An information session designed to guide the community regarding health rights and the resources available through Mexico's public healthcare system. The session will cover key aspects of the IMSS Protocol for LGBTTTIQ+ individuals, focusing on ensuring dignified and inclusive medical care.

Key topics to be covered:

How to access public healthcare?
What is gender-affirming care?
What treatments does IMSS cover?
How to request and schedule appointments?

Target audience: Trans people aged 18 and older.
Format: Bilingual (Spanish/English).
When: Thursday, July 30 | 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
