Friday afternoons are dedicated to introspection with the Community Center's Reflective Practice sessions. Every two weeks at 4:00 PM, this valuable gathering offers the LGBTQ+ community a safe, warm, and supportive environment to connect deeply, share life experiences, and reflect together. It's an excellent opportunity to strengthen bonds and nurture emotional well-being!
Reflective Practice on Fridays at Vallarta Gay+ Community Center.
Vallarta Gay+ Community Center offers a special space dedicated to emotional well-being, dialogue, and the collective growth of our community through its Reflective Practice sessions. Meetings are held every other Friday at 4:00 PM, providing a calm and introspective space ideal for winding down after a long week.
This activity is specially designed to provide the LGBTQ+ community of Puerto Vallarta with a safe, judgment-free, and empathetic environment where members can connect authentically. Through active listening and group interaction, participants have the opportunity to reflect together on their personal experiences, share life skills, and find a strong peer support system. It is the perfect meeting point for those seeking to deepen their human connections, heal, or simply surround themselves with the warmth of community in the heart of the city.
Days: Fridays (Every two weeks).
Time: 4:00 PM.
For: The entire LGBTQ+ community.
Location: Vallarta Gay+ Community Center (Morelos #101, Local 3B, Centro, Puerto Vallarta).
