It's never too late to meet new people and find support in Puerto Vallarta!
Next Tuesday, June 16, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, Vallarta Gay+ Community Center invites you to join the Gay Men 50+ mutual support group. A safe, friendly, and judgment-free space designed especially for connecting with other men over 50, sharing experiences about life in paradise as an expat or immigrant, making new friends, and offering each other support through everyday challenges. No one has to navigate this journey alone!

Living in paradise has many advantages, but moving to a new country or community can also bring unexpected challenges and moments of isolation, especially when support systems and familiar routines are far away. With this in mind, Vallarta Gay+ Community Center is sponsoring a very special program: the Gay Men 50+ Peer Support Group. This meeting will take place on Tuesday, June 16, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at the community center.
The group offers a welcoming and non-judgmental environment where attendees can engage in meaningful conversations and share stories that will help them strengthen their connections in the region. During the meetings, you can expect a time for socializing with friendly introductions, group discussions on relevant topics, access to local resources, and the option to participate in social outings.
Among the central themes addressed are the nuances of life in Puerto Vallarta as an expat or immigrant, aging with dignity and independence in Mexico, tools for coping with isolation (especially during the off-season), navigating physical and mental health systems, and finding companionship at this stage of life.
