This is a safe space designed for those who have experienced a loss or wish to offer empathetic support to others in their healing process.
The Los Mangos Cultural Center Library cordially invites you to the Workshop-Conference: "Tools for Grief Management," led by specialist Carmina Gaxiola.
During this session, we will explore fundamental topics such as:
*Understanding the stages of grief.
*Myths and realities of the emotional process.
*Practical tools for managing feelings.
*Reflective activities and a symbolic closing.
