The eighteenth edition of Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica 2026 is underway, and it is being held under the theme "Discovering a New Reality."

From October 4 to 7, the Sheraton Buganvilias Resort, located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Hotel Zone, will be the meeting point where chefs, flavors, and experiences invite you to see cuisine from a different perspective.
