The Chili Cook-Off Puerto Vallarta is a culinary and social celebration held annually in Puerto Vallarta. The event brings together restaurants, chefs, and home cooks who present their best chili recipes to compete for prizes in both professional categories and by public vote. Attendees can sample a wide variety of chilies, enjoy live music, participate in raffles, a silent auction, and contests like the hottest chili-eating challenge—all in a festive, family-friendly atmosphere!
Beyond being a gastronomic experience, this cook-off supports charitable causes in the Banderas Bay community, as the funds raised go to local organizations such as Toys for Tots Puerto Vallarta and the Jay Sadler Project A.C., which work with children and people in need in the region.
