This luxurious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, air conditioned condominium includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas cook-top, microwave, dishwasher, a refrigerator with ice maker and chilled water, plus all common electric appliances, pots and pans, glassware, and kitchen utensils. The counter top is granite and comes with 2 bar stools. There is a washer and dryer, Dirt Devil vacuum, ironing board and iron next to the bathroom.

The outdoor patio has a dining area with BBQ and seating area. The patio is equipped with remote operated electric blinds to reduce the glare of the afternoon sun, but stills offers the breath-taking views and sunsets of Puerto Vallarta.

The bedroom includes a King size bed, a window to the terrace, closet and drawer space, a large safe, an iPod alarm clock, air conditioning, ceiling fan, linens and towels, including Beach towels.

The living room has a Sofa bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, LED TV with Satellite service, Blu-Ray player, and folding dividers for privacy.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

PLEASE NOTE:
Starting on Monday June 12, 2023, it is requested by the Administration of Signature by Pinnacle a picture ID of all the occupants/guests of the unit needs to be sent at least 15 days prior arrival to allow the check-in and access to the building.. Please send this information to customerservice@pvrpv.com
In case this information is not sent, you may not have the right to enter.

Building rules
1. There will be a cost for additional common area key cards
2. The maximum sleeping capacity for renters and visitors per unit is:
One bedroom = 4 people
Two bedroom = 6 people
Three bedroom = 8 people
3. Visitors are allowed in the common areas until 11pm and they are not allowed to use the pool, unless there is capacity in the unit. 4. Pool is open from 9 am to 9 pm, usage is only for owners and renters.
5. Parties are allowed in the property at common areas, only with authorization from the administration office. Notice should be given to the administration 48 hours beforehand.
6. Pets are welcome to enter the building and transit from lobby to your unit with a leash. They are allowed in the bar area, but not in the pool area, nor in the gym. Maximum weight of pets is 11kg. It is responsibility of the pet ?s owner to clean up after their pet if an accident occurs at the common areas. Pet ?s owner will be responsible for any damages caused by the pet to guests, staff or items in the building. Only 2 (two) pets are allowed per unit. This includes dogs and cats. Any other animal is prohibited.
7. Loud noises from the units will not be allowed after 10 pm, pet noise should not bother guests or neighbors from other units, if so administration will notify and ask the guest to control the noise. If after 3 (three) notifications the situation continues, administration is then entitled to apply sanctions.
8. By staying at the property, you have agreed to be responsible for careless use, negligence, theft or damage of any part of the building, appliances, furniture, electronic components, walls, doors, windows, etc. for yourself and all guest registries in the unit and visitors that may be allowed. Any damages will be charged to the Primary guest, owner or property agency in charge of the unit. 9. You can have food and drinks delivered form any establishment. Delivery people will have access; however, we advise you to inform Front Desk staff once an order is made, in order to allow access. 10. We are not responsible for objects left in common areas or damages to vehicles inside the property.
11. Every vehicle must be registered at administration for a parking space.
12. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone in case of this policies are not followed.

Comments About the Vacation Rental Unit:
We found roaches in Unit 106 and reported that to Allen, who said he was the property manager. He reached under the sink and grabbed a can of Raid insect killer. That led us to believe that he knew there was or had been a problem with roaches in that unit before. When we used the toaster a roach came running out from under it and across the counter. I contacted Kim at PVRPV and told her of our experience. She immediately sent out an exterminator to spray the unit for roaches. No more problems were noted.
As for the unit, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking but the unit in general was fairly sterile. It looked like the owners had purchased the lowest basic unit and had done nothing to fix it up. The couch was very uncomfortable and there were no pillows. There was a very large strange leopard skin recliner in the living room. The bathroom was fine and the balcony was great! We would recommend getting a second chaise lounge for the balcony so two people could lay out there and enjoy the excellent patio.

Encontramos cucarachas en la unidad 106 y se lo comunicamos a Allen, que dijo ser el administrador de la propiedad. Metió la mano debajo del fregadero y cogió una lata de insecticida Raid. Eso nos llevó a creer que sabía que había o había habido un problema con las cucarachas en esa unidad antes. Cuando usamos la tostadora, una cucaracha salió corriendo de debajo y atravesó la encimera. Me puse en contacto con Kim de PVRPV y le conté nuestra experiencia. Inmediatamente envió a un exterminador para que fumigara el apartamento en busca de cucarachas. No hubo más problemas.
En cuanto a la unidad, la cocina estaba bien equipada para cocinar, pero la unidad en general era bastante estéril. Parecía que los propietarios habían comprado la unidad básica más baja y no habían hecho nada para arreglarlo. El sofá era muy incómodo y no había almohadas. Había un extraño sillón reclinable de piel de leopardo muy grande en el salón. ¡El baño estaba bien y el balcón era genial! Recomendaríamos conseguir una segunda tumbona para el balcón para que dos personas pudieran tumbarse allí y disfrutar del excelente patio.
