"What an amazing location!" That's what everyone keeps telling us about this beautiful condo. Jardin del Almendro (Garden of the Almond Tree) is the largest and most unique of the 2 bedroom units in the new, 7 unit, Rincon de Almendro building. At 2200 square feet, this beautifully appointed vacation home incorporates a touch of the contemporary combined with softer, more Mexican traditional touches. The spaces include a huge front terrace for sunning or enjoying morning coffee and a private patio and professionally landscaped romantic garden in back.

Cradled into a hill with easy (no hills to climb, only 1/2 flight up!), secured access from Amapas Street directly behind hotel Tropicana, you are literally in the middle of the most exciting and popular section of the romantic zone in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with a vast array of dining and nightlife options at your feet. A rooftop dipping pool and terrazzo bar (complete with restroom/changing room) afford fantastic views to the ocean, old town, jungle and surroundings. While the location is in the heart of everything in the romantic zone and a 2 minute walk to Los Muertos Beach and just a few more steps to Blue Chairs area, it is completely private and secluded on a small cul-de-sac. By opening the doors in the rear, front and atrium, a lovely breeze flows year round so one rarely needs the 3 individually remote-controlled mini-split air conditioners but they are there for your convenience.

Jardin Del Almendro has been carefully furnished by its owners to provide you with the most important amenities and comforts. Both bedrooms have luxurious king size (Serta Regal) mattresses (one of which can be split into twins upon request), ceiling fans, luxury, plush linens, large spa-like showers and big, fluffy towels. Both bedrooms offer garden views and a walkout patio to the rear garden from the master adds to the charm.

This home includes many special features including high-speed, wireless internet access (just bring your laptop), free calls to the USA and Canada (and many other countries), I-pod docking stations in living room and both bedrooms, stereo, 25 inch stereo TV with cable, washer and dryer, safe box in master bedroom, and maid service twice per week (more if you'd like). Jardin Del Almendro has everything you need to allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation in comfort. A bi-lingual, friendly manager is available for any questions you may have.

Construction & Growth in Puerto Vallarta

Neither PVRPV or property owners or their representatives shall under no circumstance be held responsible for any disturbance, construction noise, dust/debris or inconvenience the guest may experience while occupying the vacation property. Whether this caused by the actions of the neighboring buildings, units within the same complex, construction, renovations, mandatory repairs, public service workers or unforeseen circumstances in the surrounding area, NO refunds, reimbursements, discounts or future credits can be issued. This would also include and is not limited to the closure of condo common areas for upgrades and / or repairs. These situations are completely beyond our control and are the result of robust and growing communities.

Due to the continued and constant investment, growth, upgrades and renovations in Puerto Vallarta, from time to time there may be a minor interruption of public services including hydro, water or sewer or the lack thereof. Although this is not a common problem in PV, it can happen.

Property Policy


- ALL properties represented by PVRPV are NON SMOKING this includes; patios, terraces, outdoor spaces attached to or a part of a Vacation Rental Property - if smoking takes place inside the property – you will be obligated to pay, a fine, an extra cleaning fee and you may be evicted.

- Clients shall not remove any item/s from the property, such as kitchen appliances, glassware, furniture, or any other item.

- The use and enjoyment of the property does not include illegal activities such as the use of illegal drugs, prostitution, selling of goods (illegal or otherwise) and/or kidnapping, this is strictly prohibited.

- Excessive noise that may affect neighbors will be strictly sanctioned as per the local building rules and regulations established by the property that you are occupying.

- PVRPV guests and/or the visitors of the guest(s) are responsible to adhere to the rules, regulations and polices of PVRPV and/or the individual property policies thereof. Failure to obey the rules and policies established will be asked to vacate the property without the right to any refund.

The responsibility to know or adhere to the policies, rules or regulations are the responsibility of the guest.

ADDITIONAL FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS

Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 p.m., will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check in. In addition, there is no check in time before 8 a.m. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. Most of the properties allow a check in time of 3 p.m.

We love staying at Almendro each year. The condo is cozy with a real home vibe. I would only consider updating the lighting to make it a bit more bright.

Nos encanta alojarnos en Almendro cada año. El condominio es acogedor con un verdadero ambiente hogareño. Solo consideraría actualizar la iluminación para que sea un poco más brillante.

Could not process the payment on the website. Credit card used for offline payment was immediately stolen(compromised) in the first night of the stay Nov 2nd. It was an unfortunate coincidence.
