Special guests of Ella Mexico Lesbian Festival 2023 include Saskia Niño de Rivera (co-founder of Reinserta), Ophelia Pastrana (activist and YouTuber), Laura Salazar (sexologist), Janelly Farías (soccer player, captain of Mexican soccer team América) Pineda Covalín (fashion designers), Lady Zen (poet and singer), La Van Bicholi (singer), among others.
