He is proud to serve you organic products, whenever available. Do not hesitate to ask the waiters from where the meat, the fish or the vegetables are coming.
In order to ensure the food’s freshness and quality, they only cook à la minute, hence it might take a little patience until your order is served. Please dedicate them your time, so you may feel the foremost taste and difference on your plate.
