Gilmar Restaurant was first opened on december 20, 1979 with only four tables (1/4 of the present area). Offering “antojitos” traditional Mexican food served by Mama Angela. In 1985 papa “Don Gilberto” took over the operation continuing until 2006 at which time the youngest son and his cousin took over the operation of the restaurant.

Today their mission is to continue the family tradition of offering a restaurant with excellent food at reasonable prices maintaining originality and quality of service in every detail.

Gilmar has a maximum capacity of 48 people, including 5 seats at the bar. Menus available include breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, bar, and coffee. Open daily 8:30am-11pm.
