This beautiful, privately owned, 3 level Villa is located in the Alta Vista zone in Puerto Vallarta within a few blocks walking distance from the beach, endless restaurants, businesses, shopping, and nightlife. It's fully equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, and one study (with sleeper).

Amazing bay breezes flow throughout "Casa Del Perro Azul" thanks to the open air concept of the first floor. Decorated in the typical Mexican Hacienda style with brick and stone construction, it has all the modern amenities for your Puerto Vallarta vacation to be perfect.

It is fully furnished; each bedroom (and study) comes with a new, modern air conditioning device, and due to the hillside location you can also enjoy cooler weather, new and comfortable beds, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD and CD player, phone, safe, alarm, etc. Half-day maid service is provided from Monday through Saturday and private chefs are available for food service at additional cost. At NO additional cost we are now including a Complimentary Continental Breakfast for each morning you spend in the villa!
