VIP transfer can be arranged for transfers to and from the airport, Spa treatments can be arranged through our concierge. Villa Balboa accepts babies under 10 months old or children over 8 with supervision. A nanny or babysitting service is available upon request. Rates INCLUDE VIP AIRPORT ARRIVAL PICKUP SERVICE for up to 15 guests arriving at the same time. Guests may request additional airport pickup service and pay the pickup service fee. Detailed arrival information will be provided by the villa balboa concierge.

** The one bedroom oceanfront apartment has a direct entrance via the elevator that can be locked off for maximum privacy, or access via the Asian tea garden from the rest of the Villa.
