Villa Suzannah is a spectacular 8,000 sq. ft., five story, four bedroom, five-and-a-half bath luxury villa located just six miles south of the heart of Puerto Vallarta, easily accessible by car, taxi or bus. We can accommodate weddings or other events of up to 125 people. There is also a 2,600 sq. ft. pool deck with an infinity heated private pool and Jacuzzi along with another living room, dining area and wet bar. This is the perfect setting for a wedding or just relaxing in an idyllic setting.
The villa is situated high on a cobblestone street overlooking beautiful Mismaloya Bay and the breathtaking Pacific coastline of the Bay of Banderas. The Riviera-like view is prominent from every room in the house. Each bedroom has a king size bed and comes complete with its own outside deck, remote controlled air conditioning, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and-crafted natural stone work in the bathrooms. The house is fully-staffed with a chef (two meals per day), a maid, a server for parties of 5 or more, and an administrator who speaks English and is eager to assist with concierge services ranging from restaurant, shopping, spa and night club recommendations, to sport fishing, jungle tours, horseback rides, snorkeling, diving or golf.
