Each suite is uniquely situated for privacy with its own large bath, one also with separate kitchenette. Two bedrooms have king and twin beds ideal for small children. There is a large outside area with pool, palapa, barbecue and separate kitchen.

The entire villa is open-aired with balconies off of every room, offering spectacular ocean and mountain views, Mismaloya Beach, film set of Night of the Iguana and Los Arcos, famous for whale watching, fishing, snorkeling and Pacific sunsets. Exciting ecotourism and sports activities are steps away including canopy tours, horseback riding, jungle trekking on foot or ATV's, fishing and snorkeling.

Puerto Vallarta's nightlife and shopping are ten minutes away along with golf, offering the ultimate combination of privacy and excitement for family or friends. The new, spectacular botanical garden is also minutes away. Buses and taxis are readily available or you can rent a car. For your convenience, there is a two car garage with remote control.

The house comes staffed with English-speaking houseman and maid. Breakfast is included and a chef can be provided upon request.
