CASA SALINAS II is a luxurious 4-bedroom oceanfront rental villa located approximately 2 miles south of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on a secluded sandy beach and next door to our Casa Salinas 1. The ocean views are spectacular and our Casas are an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. The villa is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort. The staff includes an on-site manager, cook and maid service. There are four floors with elevator. The villa accommodates a maximum of 8 persons in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms all with king size beds with four full bathrooms (granite and marble). Air conditioning throughout. Large living room, dining room, kitchen. Purified drinking water. Guests can enjoy the heated infinity style swimming pool focused toward the ocean. Amenities include: Satellite TV, music, VHS and DVD (we suggest guests bring their own movies). Internet access is available for guests bringing their own laptops. Our manager Juan has a boat and will take guests fishing and/or sightseeing; there is a small charge for this. Babysitting can be arranged. The maid will do guests personal laundry if requested. Tennis courts and golf are a short drive from the villas. The center of town is just 2 miles away for restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Juan our Manager speaks excellent English. He has 20 years experience at Casa Salinas assisted by an excellent staff. There is a boat and takes guests fishing and/or sightseeing, there is a charge for this. Babysitting or daily childcare can be arranged there is a charge for this. Children are welcome and are the responsibility of the parents and not our staff. We do have cribs, rollaways and high chairs available for the children. All children must sleep in the parent's bedroom, we do not allow sleeping around the house or on couches.
