CASA SALINAS 1 is a luxurious 5-bedroom oceanfront rental villa located approximately 2 miles south of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on a secluded sandy beach and next door to our Casa Salinas II. The ocean views are spectacular and our Casas are an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. The villa is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort. It accommodates a maximum of 10 persons in five air-conditioned bedrooms with 4 kings, 2 singles; each is self-contained with private bathroom. The staff includes an on-site manager, cook, and maid service. The house is equipped with state-of-the-art split air conditioning throughout and a water purification system. Amenities include: satellite TV, AM-FM radio, VHS and DVD (we do suggest guests bring their own movies). Tennis courts are within walking distance, and golf is a short drive. The center of Vallarta is just 2 miles away for restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Guests can enjoy the heated infinity swimming pool, focused toward the ocean. Our Manager Juan has a boat and will take guests fishing and/or sightseeing; there is a small charge for this. Internet access is available for guests bringing their own laptops. Babysitting can be arranged. The maid will do guests personal laundry if requested. Juan our Manager speaks excellent English. He has 20 years experience at Casa Salinas assisted by an excellent staff.

for this. Children are welcome and are the responsibility of the parents and not our staff. We do have cribs, rollways and high chairs available for the children. All children must sleep in the parent's bedroom, we do not allow sleeping around the house or on couches.
