Casa Valentin is a four level Casa tucked away on a hillside just two blocks from Basilio Badillo, the street famously known as Restaurant Row in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Los Muertos Beach and the Puerto Vallarta Pier are a short five block walk. Reached by a wide public stairway that traverses the hillside to the restaurants and homes above, Casa Valentin rises heavenward to afford sweeping vistas of the region.
The rooftop terrace includes a partially enclosed outdoor kitchen and an open deck with views from the bay to the mountains. The third level is an open floor plan with living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Three arched windows frame unobstructed views of downtown and Banderas Bay. Accommodations include an elegant tiled bathroom, complete with shower, and a circular stairway to the rooftop terrace, complete the space.
Level two consists of two one bedroom vacation suites, each having it's own outside entrance and private bath. The suites are also connected by an interior door which can remain open or kept locked, depending upon the needs of the guests.
Level one is a self contained rental apartment entered through a private patio. It has a separate bedroom with queen side bed, bathroom with shower and an open kitchen/living area with couch/trundle bed which becomes 2 single beds. The only city/bay views from this apartment are from the private entry patio. There is a separate laundry room with washer & dryer at the rear of the apartment. It has an outdoor access at the end of the garden.
The garden & pool area is adjacent to the casa and behind a brick wall and wrought iron gate, insuring privacy when swimming or sunbathing.
There is an inflatable aerobed which can be used in the third level living area or on the rooftop terrace to provide sleeping facilities for an additional 2 persons, increasing the maximum for the upper casa to 6 people and the whole casa to 10 people.
