You'll never need a taxi here, as the whole of downtown Puerto Vallarta is a short walk from your door - beach, dining, bars, discos, the Malecon (boardwalk), shopping and all the art galleries Vallarta is known for. And if you just need some quiet time, there is always the pool with its relaxing bay and city views. In addition, there are several intimate patios scattered around the building secluded by lush tropical foliage where you can enjoy the breezes and views.

Totally remodeled in 2009 by a professional Los Angeles-based designer, this Vallarta Vacation Condo is completely updated to today's standards and is spread over two floors for maximum privacy and views. The extra large terrace is the place to be. One of the largest (approx 500 sq ft) private condo terraces in town, you'll see the cruise ships sail into the bay every morning, be awed by the spectacular sunsets every evening and then enjoy the twinkling city lights laid out at your feet at night. Vallarta loves fireworks and most nights after sunset there is a short but beautiful display over the bay.

Decorated in a combination of contemporary and Old Vallarta styles, the main level features a spacious, open floor plan with living room, dining room and kitchen all oriented toward the view. A wall of glass sliders disappears to create a seamless indoor/outdoor transition to the upper balcony. The modern kitchen with custom tropical hardwood cabinetry and granite and marble counters and backsplash is outfitted with brand new appliances and fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The main bath features a large, pebble-bottomed shower, granite counters and marble floors and walls. The lower level features a large master bedroom with King size bed, private 1/2 bath, plenty of closets and a wall of sliding glass doors leading to the terrace.
