The Villa consists of 5 bedrooms, including 2 King suites and 3 Double suites with 2 Queen beds each. All the bedrooms have their own private ensuite baths and air conditioning. The Master King suite and one Double suite are located on the main floor adjacent to the courtyard while the second floor houses the other King suite and 2 Double suites.

There is a great lounge area overlooking the courtyard and a separate TV lounge area with Cable TV service and DVD, along with 2 single beds.

On the main floor is a very well equiped kitchen open to the courtyard, and is great for entertaining.

The property is located within easy walking distance to everything in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Great restaurants and night life, shopping and galleries, and the famous Los Muertos Beach.
